Located in many countries such as iraq, indonesia, vietnam, china, netherlands, france, england, africa,
mexico...to name some.PCCF,tallinn,estonia...was started by Pastor Robert and Melinda Menchaca. They have been here in tallinn since november 2005. They are here for one reason and that is to help those in need,wether it be in prayer with those that need/want it,or by just being someone to talk to. Pstr. Robert is assisted by his son and daughter-in-law, Tito and Teele Menchaca.Pstr. Robert,Melinda,and tito are originally from dallas,texas,USA.
