This is the back of the new North Carolina driver's License. The holographic image is of North America (NOT NC and NOT the USA), hmmm... In this hologram is contained the tiny RFID chip that is used for tracking. The DMV is playing dumb on this but truth is that the NC driver's license is ALREADY COMPLIANT with the Real ID Act that officially goes into effect MAY 2008. It is time to wake up folks and demand our freedoms as stated in the 4th Amendment of the constitution.
