About Me

View Choise's EPK

Choise is one of the fastest growing hard rock bands out of Western North Carolina. The band is a unique blend of hard rock, grunge, and funk. With three years of experience the band has graced the stage with with signed Artists such as Sanctity(Roadrunner), The Campaign 1984(Five Point), BandCamp(Atlantic), and many large regional acts such as Einsteins Dream, Pride Before a Fall, Calabi Yau, Dual Evo, The P.I.T.S., Angwish and more.

The band came together in 2004 when Rhydon Atzenhoffer and Cola Williamson began writing material. In September of 2004 Richard Read was added to fill the empty role of a bass player, and the band never looked back. Having always gone their own way when it came to writing and performing music the band added guitarist Justin Pruett as a lead guitarist in 2006 changing the line-up and allowing Cola to have full focus on singing and crowd interaction without being held onto the stage by an instrument.

Choise is now back into the full swing of things as of December 2006. The band is discussing plans for a July tour, and currently shopping themselves to several Independent labels from NC, GA, and NY. Stay tuned for more to come from your boys in Choise.

In their three year existence Choise has released two, ten song demos, Numb(2004) and Insomnia(2005), and the most recent release being their five song EP Parafinalia(2005) which has seen strong reviews for the songs Parafinalia, and Guerillas in the Mist. The unfinished Cigarette Break EP is posted on the
Myspace. Look for more to come around the second quarter of 2007.
