About Me

Russ Tafari is a new breed of rap artist that has been perfecting his craft since the late 90’s. In the beginning he performed with two groups called The Kutthroat Krew and The Madd Kuttaz that sadly no longer exists. The Kuttroat Krew released one album independently called "Amsterdam or bust" that is now extremely rare. From the years 2000 to 2004 Russ Tafari was recording as a solo artist. It wasn’t until 2005 that he met a rap artist called Insiniak that he thought of putting another group together. The two of them created a super group that the world wasn’t ready for called TBL .
