Rasmus Madsen

Rasmus madsen plays a flamboyant firery Rock' n roll dashing circus guitar and sings with a low end growl, with a passion for that 1969 vibe. Rasmus startet out as a skilled boogie woogie player at the age of 9 but couldn't resist the tones from his first Hendrix album "Axis bold as love", and began an endless journey into the crooked world of guitarheroes and other rock'n roll pilgrims. After touring for a decade, playing power trio stuff all around the danish clubs, Rasmus released his first solo album in 2004 "Rocket lounge" which led to the public attension and challenged him to hit the studio for another long recording session in Copenhagen, and out of the cold came the fat sounding second solo album "Boys and satellites" in February 2007. Rasmus is currently preparing for a long summer/autumn tour on the biggest danish venues as a sidekick to Johnny madsen starting of in May going through August, where a solo tour will follow in September/October, tjeck out the tour dates or www.rasmusmadsen.com.
