DJ KILLATOUCH “What don’t kill you only makes you stronger” Time and time again, there is always an artist that separates himself from his counterparts. DJ Killatouch has done more than separated him-self, he has created a nuisance. Born and raised in Canarsie Brooklyn, Adam Rosenberg, “Killatouch” has been disc jockeying from the tender age of thirteen. Influenced by many of hip-hop’s pioneers, Red Alert, Kid Capri, Funk Master Flex, and Ron G just to name a few, he has well crafted his art into a masterpiece. “Mr. Do it All”, is what you would refer to him by. Killatouch has surpassed “done it all” and is only looking to go further. From hosting college radio shows, to playing along-side many of the industries’ elite, Killatouch has a resume that speaks for itself. Working with the likes of today’s hip-hop A-list celebrities, Killatouch still remains grounded. Presently twenty-six years old, he only looks to provide the world with a breath of fresh air with his two God- given gifts, his hands. Scratching, mixing and playing the musical genres of hip-hop, reggae, rhythm and blues, classic, and dance, Killatouch will strengthen the pop culture and is here to stay!His talent and needless to say, gracious personality, has led him to become the official disc jockey for D-Block, which includes platinum selling artists, JadaKiss, Styles P and Sheek Louch. This experience has only opened more doors for Killatouch to kick down. He has disc jockeyed at many of the illustrious venues in the New York Tri- state area but admits that nothing beats the love from the international realms. Having performed in Hawaii, Jamaica, the Bahamas and many other countries abroad has only broadened Killatouch’s horizons.He has deejayed for the likes of Jin from the Ruff Ryders, Cassidy, Shells, and Lyric all of whom are signed to J records. Artists such as DMX, Kanye West, Redman, Method Man, and Swizz Beats all have embraced “Killa” along his success path. In addition to his tremendous track record, his television guest appearances are countless, Bet’s world renowned programs, Rap City and 106 & Park, MTV’s Video Music Awards pre-show, Live with Regis and Kelly, Showtime at the Apollo are just a few to mention.Killatouch is remarkable without a doubt and shows no sign of slowing down. His main career goals are to continue providing the culture with fun-filled energy, and pure talent. When asked “Where do you see yourself in five years? He replies, “Doing what I do best, ENTERTAINING!” Killatouch has set extraordinary bars and has goals of being a household name, and will manage to stay on top of his game utilizing all the hard work that has brought him to where he is today.
