My name is Kim. I was born in V.A. and currently resides in North Carolina. I'm a Criminal Justice major, veteran of the US Army, author of a book of poetry & short stories called, "Reality Has Spoken". The book was published in Charlotte, North Carolina by Conquering Books in 2005. I'm a member of the N.C. ACLU. My writing has appeared in several newspapers, Awareness & Tribes Magazines located in Brooklyn, NY & RTP, N.C. As far as television, I host a monthly, independent, 30-minute TV show called "Hot Off The Press" Urban Media out of Durham, N.C. on Community-access television. Videos for the world-wide web will be produced and posted monthly via myspace page, youtube, google & yahoo. First documentary coming by January 2008!!"Hot Off The Press" Urban Media covers issues impacting or influencing our communities. Examples are: domestic violence, substance abuse, gun violence, death penalty, Hip-Hop, urban entertainment, sexuality, education, child abuse, etc...
