I am here for Friends

About Me

Hi, my name is Richard Phillips Feynman. I was born on the 11th of May, 1918. My life ended at the hands of cancer that I was unable to fight off. Many people remember me for my strong charisma, and ability to teach the common man the uncomprehendable. The teaching of which I speak was in the field of physics or in some cases other things such as nanotechnology. I was actually the first person, or one of the first people, to ever write a paper analyzing nanotechnology and its implications. I also developed the field of Quantum Electrodynamics (QED). If you wish to understand my work, I will be posting blogs soon explaining the things I postulated and discovered. I have also won the Nobel Prize in physics for my work on QED.Really though, I am just a guy who enjoys a good laugh and a nice chat. I have played the bongos for years and love to play everyday. Music is a wonderful thing.
You're Logical Reasoning is Godly
You mannaged to get a perfect score on this short test
You may want to consider entering a field that utilizes logical skill
This skill also comes coupled with skills in verbal reasoning, mathematical thinking, and spacial reasoning How Logical Are You?

My Interests

I am a physicist and have made a living teaching and doing reaserch. My most famouse teaching years were spent at Caltech where I lectured undergraduats in physics. Also at Caltech, I worked on my theory of QED, which I won a Nobel Prize for. I also developed diagrams that could explain different phenomena in quantum mechanics, these I named after myself "Feynman Diagrams". As I said before, I enjoy music and play the bongos for a good time.

I'd like to meet:

Stephen Hawking, Kurt Godel, Georg Cantor, Higgs Boson, Isaac Newton (even though he is a nasty fellow), Alfred Russel Wallace, and Pythagoras. The Nature of NatureThe Pleasure of Finding Things Out: Part 1The Pleasure of Finding Things Out: Part 2The Pleasure of Finding Things Out: Part 3 The Pleasure of Finding Things Out: Part 4 The Pleasure of Finding Things Out: Part 5

Music:

All kinds, symphony, bongo beats, world music, classic rock is fun now and then

Movies:

2001: A Space Odyssey

Television:

Cosmos

Books:

All the ones written about me! Tuva or Bust!, Surely You're Joking Mr. Feynman!, What Do You Care What Other People Think?, and my famous: Feynman's Lectures on Physics. As for me, I like to read Proust, Shakespear, Newton, Descartes, Dirac, Aristotle, Plato, Archimedes, Pythagoras, Socrates, and much more. I am really a sucker for the classics. On the weekends, I regularly read Nature Magazine, it is the best science journal in the world, I swear by it.

Heroes:

Anyone who is dedicating their life to reaserch on cancer, fellow physicists, Descartes, NewtonSchrodinger:

A Polariton Laser

Polariton Laser Citations/ Background As described in May 31st's edition of Nature, the creation of a polariton laser has sparked interest in the science community. Many of you are probably asking, "...

Hello and Welcome, as I said before, I would be creating blogs about my theories and works. Now I don't have a lot of time today to finish or let alone start a blog on QED but I would just like to ass...
