Missive's original line-up formed in the summer of 2004 and began gigging by the end of the year. They regularly played venues around Birmingham like the Adam And Eve, Scruffy Murphy's and Edwards No 8.
Brad came on board at the beginning of 2006 and with a raft of new songs, Missive set out once again on the Birmingham gig circuit with renewed vigour and superior material. Missive played venues such as the Jug Of Ale, the Sheldon Marquee and the Flapper And Firkin throughout 2006 supporting and playing beside bands such as The Gravity Crisis, HINGe and One Man Down.
