The debut release from San Francisco's Anomalous delves deep into the heart of human savagery. Lyrically a concept album, "Cognitive Dissonance" addresses the paradoxical nature of humanity, and questions the notions of reason and rationality coexisting with animalistic instincts. Such themes of psychological distortion are also incorporated into the music itself, featuring cold, pummeling death metal passages and harsh vocals that are juxtaposed with warmth and melody. Anomalous forge a sense of dynamics that range from the utterly crushing to the mesmeric and alluring.

BRUTAL BANDS is a brutal death metal label that was founded by Scott Ellingboe in September 2002. The intent was to deliver nothing but sick brutal bands to the underground. It all started with INCINERATE, which was also founded by Scott Ellingboe (Guitar/Vocals) in 1998. With Incinerate's first full length "Dissecting The Angels", Brutal Bands was born!
Half a year later Sweden's brutal slammin death act STABWOUND was signed with their release "Human Boundaries", which was released in 2004. Another half a year later, Belgium's most brutal act EMETH joined Brutal Bands with the release of "Insidious" in 2004.
Shortly afterward the Brutal Domination Tour was organized featuring Internal Suffering, Incinerate, Stabwound, and Emeth on a US Tour. After the tour, Maltese death grind act ABYSMAL TORMENT was signed with their first release being "Incised Wound Suicide".

This DVD features Internal Suffering (Colombia), Incinerate (USA), Stabwound (Sweden), and Emeth (Belgium) on their 2004 USA Tour - includes professionally shot video of all 4 bands (yes, their entire sets) at the Central Illinios Metalfest 2004 - it also includes the behind the scenes bonus footage, Road Footage. Inside will you also find a full color booklet full of pictures taken on the road.
This DVD is over 126 minutes in length. It is a double-sided DVD, with NTSC format on one side, and PAL format on the other side. This DVD is also being released with Regional Coding 0 - making this DVD compatible world-wide!
In February 2006, we released ABYSMAL TORMENT's - "Epoch Of Methodic Carnage" CD, along with full color shirts and posters.

Also in April 2006 we released our debut Extreme Underground release: Necrotorture - "Blood Feast" MCD. Blood Feast features six tracks of gore vomiting sickness from Italy. Features Alex from Hour Of Penance on vocals!
In May 2006 we signed Devourment and in August released of Butcher The Weak is in digipack format, along with an 8 page booklet, enhanced cover art and layout, and a cool all black molded poly carbonate CD. This release was completely re-recorded, mixed, and mastered, sounding far superior to the initial self-released version. It sounds amazing in comparison, and the packaging of this release also looks amazing.
More shirts have been printed; so most sizes are available again.
