English Release :Victor ¨Bhing-I¨ - singer, composer, producer and musician. Born on 03/11/1981 in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.Victor ¨Bhing-I¨ started out writing lyrics and singing at local parties in a style influenced by Funk Carioca, a rhythm born out of Rio de Janeiro. Later, he came across Reggae music by hearing the sounds of the great, worldwide Reggae icon Bob Marley. However, he only started singing in this style after learning about Ras Tafari. Due to his continuing study of Reggae music of both current and old school Jamaican artists, he is able to further increase his knowledge of the roots of Reggae and its various strands, such as dancehall, ragga muffin, new roots, among others..Doing shows and sharing the same stage with big names in Reggae music such as: Lee 'Scratch' Perry (JA), Mad Professor (UK), Rankin Joe (JA), Israel Vibration (JA), Alpha Blondy (YV), Adrian Sherwood (UK), Brother Culture (UK), Zion Train (UK), Nabby Clifford (GA), Ras Bernardo (Br), B Negão (Br), Ponto de Equilibrio(Br), Naty Roots (Br), among others… in the high cultural production venues of Rio de Janeiro such as: Fundição Progresso,Circo Voador,Teatro Odsséia,Estrela da Lapa, Espaço Live,Casa da Matriz,Cine Lapa, FEBARJ among others.. São Paulo venues such as: Expresso Brasil, Kazebre Rock Bar, Hole Club, Sarajevo, Barracuda Sushi Bar among others..He is currently singer; coordinator and administrator of Divina Providência Crew as well as singing with: Digital Dubs Sounds “Crew”.RJ/Br.
