44 Year old mod still doing the mod scene. Got hooked on mod in 1978 (think i was 16) There was an explosion of mod revival with bands like The Jam, Chords, Secret Affair, Merton Parkas. That film came out about this time as well!! Also liked the 2tone stuff, thought it was all mod but like i said i was only 16/17. I go to most rallies & never miss The isle of wight rally. Have been in a few scooter clubs over the last few years but prefer to be solo now due to the fact that some fat scootertwats forget where they come from & think it`s great to slag off the Mods.Thought the music in the late 80s & early 90s was boring & didn`t really listen to anything else untill Ocean Colour Scene arrived, that was a breath or fresh air. Then followed by Oasis, Blur & all the Brit Pop, it was like a mini mod revival which was quite pleasing.
