This is were I met with DJ Rockwell Noel, and DJ Marley Marl. This started the age of what we called the golden age of Hip Hop. In 1986 I became a intern, for WBLS 107.5 fm, working on two shows; " In the Mix " and, " In Control " moving from working radio. In 1989 I became Marley Marl's Assistant Recording Engineer. Working with, BBD, TLC, Slick Rick, Heavy D, The Flex, Craig G, The Juice Crew, 3rd Bass, Junior, Pete Rock and CL Smooth, LL Cool J, Domingo, RunDMC, and many more. Leaving the scene for 8 years to come back Djing in London, England at 7 night clubs and two radio stations, " BBC Radio One " and Surf 107.2fm. Now leaving NYC, now placed in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Opened up a small independent record label called, Shifting Ground Records. Selling 800 copies.
