The NIGHTCHILD band was created in Donetsk, Ukraine by Nightchild A. (vocal, guitar, programming) in the end of 2003.
Nightchild A. worked alone, the
lyrics was written by virtual band member Nightchild M. aka Morticia
Vampire, goth girl from Moscow, Russia.Â
In the beginning of 2005 Fabiena Turteirafe (keyboards, programming) joined the band and Nightchild A. also began to write lyrics.Â
With the help of Fritz
Inferno (guitar, gothic metal band Inferno, Kiew) the first demo
"Love+Blood+Death=VAMPIRE" appeared in the Internet.
On the 12th of May 2006 the
NIGHTCHILD performed their first show at "Angel's Heart" gothic party in
Donetsk with Gray Angels (gothic electro, Kiev) and Izangel
(gothic metal, Donetsk).
Nowadays the duet is working at their
first album.
The themes of songs are vampires, blood,
undead, mystics. The musicians call their style as vampire gothic
rock.Â
Because of incomprehension and aversion
of the band's ideology by the musicians of home city the NIGHTCHILD
remains the duet.
