******************************************* Check out this slide show of my hubby & I on our 16th anniversary trip to Lake Erie aka (to us) as the "Tiger-Land"! Well, I've been married for 16 years to an awesome lead guitarist, and we have an adopted 21 year old son, and a spiritually adopted 17 year old son in Uganda who I write to on here. I also have a lot of other "spiritual babies" from being a youth leader for a few years now. My youth kids almost always become "my kids" because I take my ministry God has called me into, to heart. ♥Also, I am a musician, and I play on my church's worship team...I play bass guitar and sing. I also like to sew, quilts and worship flags, and I love worship dance, mime, drama and acting. I've done some stand up comedy, and I love to write comedy as well.
I absolutely adore teenagers and young adults and my hubby and I have an interdenominational youth ministry which meets at our church's property in Canal Winchester, on Saturday nights, called Generation Actz. I have a goal of losing 100 pounds and Petsmart is helping me do it! It's HARD work! It is physically the hardest job I have ever had. I hobble into the house like gramma every night!
I am also an auntie, and I have three gorgeous babies, a 6 year old niece and a nephew who will soon be 8, and a grown one who's almost 21 who I haven't seen in a long time. I also have bunches of nieces & nephews on my hubby's side. I love my nephews & nieces, to PIECES! =o) Some of them know it and some of them don't!
All my friends kids (who now live far away) love me, and all the neighbor kids love me, too. I am a kid magnet and a PBJ maker. If you come to my house I will probably feed you and will probably be barefoot.
I love to cook and unfortunately I also love to eat. I also like to dig in the dirt and this year I'm growing leaf lettuce, hot peppers, cucumbers, cabbage and cilantro. I love to make salsa.
I'm a tough girl who likes heavy metal but is girly enough to totally dig a good pedicure.
I'm nuts about Lake Erie and we go camping, hiking, fishing and canoeing every chance we get, which isn't often enough. So, I took this test, and here's the result I got, as if I didn't already know....
