I'm lawyer and love my job very much , I have a bachelor in Law from Cairo University , I'm Also student in the Islamic Academy I hope I can collect between my study in law and study in my religion , And when I do that , that will from the nature of my religion , because Islam is not only for controlling the relation between the human and his God ,It extend far from that , It is controlling the all human life not only the worshiping side , It organize all the life issues ,and we can see that in Allah word " Say: "Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death, are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds* No partner hath He: this am I commanded, and I am the first of those who bow to His will" ,So Everything in our life we can find it in Islam and I don’t say that because I'm Muslim and I'm Talking About my religion , that is the reality so if we want to know the rule of anything in our life its so easy to find it in Islam we have all the essentials to let our religion everlasting and universal ,We have a well-kept book from 1426 year without any distortion or change , this book we know it by heart , Also we have a ton of prophetic tradition ,his friends "Al sahabah " didn’t left anything in his life didn’t said to us they tell everything he did he said he saw ,we know how he was walk how he was eat how he was urinate how he was smile how he was talking ,they keep to us everything he said and we have also the ways which helped us to save all that , I don't say that from nothing or without any prove ,any wise man in our world can say that and if we search for this witness we will hear it from the non-Muslim before the Muslims ,

So when we talking about the Islamic law we can know how much the French legislated and the European also ,how they use the Islamic law , and when we look at the report of the law scholar conference in Lahaii in 1936 and what they said in the end of the conference :

1-The Islamic Law is one of legislation sources

2-The Islamic Law is still alive and it's developmental.

3-The Islamic Law isn't quoted from another Law.

We can also find more of rules in the recent law the Islamic Law precede all the laws in it, like (the theory of Risqué –L' Imprévision – The wakf "dedication" etc...) ....

so we know can know how much the Islamic Law is valid to be everlasting and universal yes, Everyday we search for the suitable law for us and we can change the legal rule in one year more than time, but of course in the same time we need to stable rule, so when we rely on the religious rule which come from the creator of the universal and from the best one who what the best fro the us as a humans than we will have a stable and equitable law.

But of course this law need always to development to be harmonious with the recent developments , but that must be through the Islamic rules without any violation to it and with keeping it, But unfortunately we hear now about this desire of development but without keeping this Islamic rules like what we hear here in Myspace about the "Ijtehad project " from someone she want to make it to –like she said – review in some Islamic rules and she want to correct what she call " the wrong Islam " and by the way I would to say that is nothing called wrong Islam and right Islam , we can say the right understanding to Islam and the wrong understanding the Islam , and I prepare Inshaa Allah – God willing – blog talking about her and about her project .

Why I create this page?

I created this page for many reasons to have a friends and network and also in the I want to present some info about my religion the ISLAM and to correct some of the bad conception about my religion, also I would to present the real fact about the Arab-Israelian conflict looking forward to let the wise people know where is the truth.
