Riding high on the success of their latest studio album, "State of Mind", Plusminus X has been pummeling the city of Windsor, ON, and surrounding areas with it's new rock edge. Combining the sounds of many influences to create something bordering on brand new, the guys in Plusminus X have strived to get their name known.
Using their unique sound with cutting lyrics, and combining that with their on-stage energy, Plusminus X has been able to create a solid name, and an even more solid following in their area, as well as breaking their name into further parts of canada, and the United States.
Following a string of successful shows in 2006, Justin, Pete, Marty, Jim and Pat began the filming of a live in-studio DVD, that would showcase not only the band's sound, but also their ability to nail that sound LIVE. They wanted to do something different than any band in the area had done. They wanted to focus on their live sound, as well as giving the fans something to make them feel part of the entire project.
Within their upcoming DVD, there are several live recordings of their songs, featuring a track from their debut EP "Natural Process". As well, the guys have added interviews, behind the scenes footage of shows and recordings, in depth explainations of lyrics, and much more. The DVD will be available to the public in the closing months of 2006. There are teasers from the DVD available above.
The guys have big plans for 2007, including a hopeful canadian summer tour, and a string of big events. They hope to see you all out there!
