Ayriljan

I started writing songs back in 2003. This was the time, when the dream of making music by myself was born. I used to create the first songs by playing an acoustic guitar and keep all the melodies I played. As I play keyboard since 1990, I also wrote songs with this instrument. I started making myself publicly as a singer of the band "Beware of Avalanche" (www.bewareofavalanche.de) in March 2005. Just the next year (June 2006) in entered the band "Procking Mondays" to play the bass guitar. About that time, I also decided to myself, to create something on my very own. The idea of "Ayriljan" was born (btw: the idea of creating anything on my own was born much earlier). Ayriljan itself is the name of the project, but also the name of a character, that will occure in some of the new songs. Songs I wrote on my own (partly older songs) then have been home-recorded and now are here for you to hear. In the forthcoming Summer, I´ll start searching for musicians to form a band, so that the songs can also be performed on stage. Until then, a couple of more songs will be recorded and presented here. For all the people who are confused about the genre "Metal": Until now, I haven´t had any chance to record faster drum tracks. This will soon be done ;-) Just wait ...... Until then, I still haven´t any other chance then using electrically developed drum tracks.
