Nope, I am not affiliated with the music station whatsoever but it definitely is my favorite one. You can even listen them stream online... plus you get to hear bands like Switchfoot, This Holiday Life, Louis XIV, Parker Theory, Pete Thurston, Reeve Oliver, Pinback, Jason Mraz, Unwritten Law, Sprung Monkey, Blink 182, etc...
Also, if your a new band tryin to make it...check out the 91x website cuz they let local bands play live during the Brand X show...

A lil bit more about me...
I luv music...and have been involved with music since i was like 7...
i was in the marching band in highschool and hell yah i luvd it! so f*ck you all you band geek haters out there!!
anyways...i've learned to play a few instruments but not as good as i would like... my best instruments would prolly be the piano and trumpet... i'm also currently learning the ukulele and i play a little bit of classical guitar... also, i play a lil bit of sax and clarinet... and i have a djembe :D okay, so i help make drugs for a living! the legal kind fool... anyways, yah, so i'm a Quality Control Analyst / Safety Officer... don't let it fool yah, peeps tell me my job title sounds all interesting and sh*t but it really ain't... so my responsibilities on a regular basis is to test our drug manufacturing plant for bacteria, viruses, and molds (why does "molds" sound so fobby?) also, i test the water system we use to make all them drugs and make sure it's ultra pure water...so, yah, i make sure there ain't no bacteria, viruses, or molds in the water too... (yeah, "molds" sounds really fobby!?!?) maybe mold is already plural? hmmm... oh yah, that's jus the microbiology part... i also do some testing on the drugs makin sure that they are made per FDA standards... yah know? all that common knowledge peeps have concerning 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211... ;) fyi: CFR stands for Code of Federal Regulations ;) ... now, the safety officer part deals with making sure the company is in compliance with other federal regulations... which can be such a pain in the @$$ sometimes when everyone is stuck with their own habits... but yah so, NFPA standards, Cal/OSHA standards CCR Title 8 GISO, EPA standards 40 CFR , and DOT standards 49 CFR... yah, what a b*tch that is huh? anyways, hopefully all this work is preparing for when i go for my master's... which is hopefully gonna be in Environmental Public Health... but, we'll see where life leads me...
