I'm generous (occasionally to my own detriment), I take people at their face value and so get taken sometimes. My sister once called me, with scorn, "an incurable optimist". I think we were talking about love at the time.
I value loyalty above just about all other traits. I like people who are consistently themselves. I have a few close friends I've known forever, and one or two that I have met in the last couple of years. I'd hate to lose anyone else.
I read a lot of books.
Film, video, books, music, old cameras....
Mostly I like to find people I've lost touch with. But insane people with brains, creativity and consistancy are always good to know.
X, Tom Waits, Throw Rag, Celtic Frost, Sunn(0), Horrorpops,the Eels (I like bands with designated dancers), The POGUES, Hank Williams and his grandson, Bicycle Thief, old punk rock, old country, psychobilly, Jim White, Judy Henske, Southern Culture on the Skids, Orange Goblin, Beasts of Bourbon, Crisis, the Giraffes, and almost all of my friends bands.
