Christian Solace

I'll let some of my poetry describe me:
Aged
The leaves are lost again
and so am I,
somewhere out there beneath the snow
Relive and defeat the pain
don't ask why,
the mercury has found its way down below
Weather is, no use to complain
you'll get by,
Saturday night, hope you enjoyed the show
Stuff like this always leaves a stain
a fact you can't deny,
see it as another way to grow
It's getting late, they say it's gonna rain
so I'll try,
to get some sleep for tomorrow
Chasing fate down yet another lane
So shy,
Just lead please, I will follow
With a lust for life,
It is always a strife,
I've merely done it a thousand times
so, I know
Vulnerable
Watching leaves
yellow and red
different shades of brown
Making there way
in a slow gracious dance
towards the ground
A while ago, felt astray
lately, my way back
I’ve found
The way she smiles!
gives comforting warmth like a morning sun
One word, love
My hope is yet again restored
For that I can walk
many, many miles
