Intro 2 N. Ca$h
I am Nita Cashmere, aka N. Ca$h. I have been modeling all my life but have been into glamour/lingerie modeling since the age of 18. I am the founder of N. Cash Models . I am also a make-up artist, model/talent manager, and a promoter. The Makings of Me...
I was born a Scorpio baby by the name of Phyllis Anita, to my black & puerto rican mother and cuban & puerto rican father on November 13th, 1985 in El Cajon, CA. As a child, I did print, fashion, and commercial modeling. When I moved to Indiana from Florida at the age of 13, there weren't too many opportunities to be had, so school became the main focus. After a turbulent time in high school, I worked and obtained my GED, started college, and got into glamour modeling at the age of 18.I was a freelance model for sometime, doing small gigs here and there, but my career was about to take off.Leslie of L Modelz signed me in January,2005. I had a few shoots prior to the signing, but that was just the beginning. I soon went on to work with some of the hottest that year, including Matt Davis and Falaah Shabazz. I left L Modelz in June of 2005 and moved on to work with Percy Greenwood of Models-N-Action. Him and the Assistant Director of Model Operations, Sharelle Alexander, were very helpful to me and instrumental in my continued success.
I hosted car shows, numerous parties, a hair show, was featured on many websites/internet publications and even had a small part in an independent film all before October that year, all the while developing my fan base and expanding my portfolio. After marrying in late fall and taking maternity leave, I took the time to help other models book shoots and gain spots in internet magazines, on mixtape covers and flyers, as well as work at various trade shows and expos.
After the birth of my daughter in March '06, I was right back on the scene in late April. Pierre Amick of Chicago Erotic Creations and model Cherokee Princess helped me get right back into the swing of things by promoting me and offering advice on what my next career move should be.
I decided to go back to helping models develop their portfolios and find work, which is why I am now founder of N Cash Models, a model development and promotional entity designed to bring the often overlooked Midwest talents to the forefront of the entertainment industry. I am currently working in conjunction with Kenneth Hatton Entertainment and negotiating partnerships with many others, all in the pursuit of continued success for all Midwest models, artists, promoters, and photographers.
Keep your eyes peeled and your ears open. I'm only 21, and I'm already making great progress in the business and modeling industry. I've seen alot of models come and go, but I'm still here. That must mean something, right?
