About Me

At thirteen, Ulrich Hagen discovered electronic music in Germany listening to his father’s tapes. OFF with: “Electrica Salsa”, Jean Michel Jarre with”Oxygen” and Confetti’s with: “The sound of C” were his inspirations at the time. But what really made him move forward is his friendship with Nicolas who at the time was already very involved with the electronic music scene in Charleroi (Belgium) and his events called Klank. He then decided to organize his own events with is friend Raph (Rock Your Body) in the southern part of Belgium and offered people of this region a taste of electronic music for the first time. Thereafter, he was invited at event such as 100% Pure House, Musical Maturity, Les Musiques Synthetiques and played along side with Raph, Deg, Stephen, Steff, Globul, Ralph Storm, St Dic,… Ulrich Hagen moved to New York City in 2000 and immediately got involved with the scene.

He played at multiple venues such as the reputable fashion store Atrium, Love, Bar 13, Sin Sin, Bar B, Niva, Orchard Bar, Mannahatta, 718 Bar along side with Mike (Coco Machete), Onionz (Electrik), Spurlock, Steven Gamble who he met at Studio Distribution / K7 records. Lately he has been involved with the Kostume Kult and played at the very popular venue Love along side with his friends Reda Briki (annabaproductions) and Tim Fielding (DJ Journeys). Currently, he and Reda are working on a very promising project with Bar13. Spirit Catcher, Trish Van Eynde, Tom Clark, Sasse, Tony Humphries and Fabrice Lig (Soul Designer) are confirmed for the upcoming events at the venue.
