Lower Class Kids started in March 2001. At first it was Rudy, Phat Mike & Bass Mike. Around July Louis started coming around and asking if he could sing. We then formed Los Guys and about 2 months of practicing every day for fucken hours we had enough songs to start playing shows. About a year had passed and our name changed to Lower Class Kids. At first it was just a song but the band really liked the name. By this time we had enough of Bass Mike's bad habbits. We could all tell he wasn't into the band as much so we did what we had to do and gave him the boot. Enter Drew our 2nd bass player. Drew started coming around to our practices and was really into the band. He had been playing guitar for a year so we asked him to join the band. About 2 months later we did a split with Universal Rundel. We even got our name in the newspaper for a protest rally we did. 2 years later we started recording our first LP with Loaded Bomb Records. At this time Louis had been kicked out for bailing out on us at a show in Glendale. But that only lasted 2 months(it was kinda like a time out for Louis). By this time we finished recording our CD and Drew started to become really flakey. He would either be really late or just not show up at all to our practices or shows. So again we did what we had to do and gave Drew the boot. We were running out of boots! Enter our 3rd bass player, Louis's sister Jeanette. She had been playing covers like The Adicts, Agent Orange, The Adolescents and The Misfits at gigs for us since we practically started. We finally released our 1st C.D about May 2005. Since then we've kept busy playing shows as often as we can even though Phat Mike & Louis have their own little familys now. We even got the chance to play in San Francisco. We're hoping to put a west coast tour together soon but for now it'll have to wait. By this tme it is now Oct 2006 and we have gave our last boot away to Louis. He had enough time to get his shit together, which happend now and then, but was always falling off the wagon to the point where it affected the band one too many times. We have now ran out of boots to give away, so this is the final line up of the band: Rudy, Phat Mike & Jeanette. In the future we may decide to add a member but for now we're happy with the way things are.NOW SCRAM!!!!
