Rompe Cabezas began in the city of La Puente couple of years ago after The Maul Society was done (2001-04). Known for mashing gigs up, showing love and respect to the raza (wherever we go) and partying it up! The original line up was Alejandro on drums, Ernie on guitar, Jesus on bass, and Manuel on vocals. We played with great local bands such as Fatal Riot, LCK, The Dictions, Surburban Casualties, and many more. We've also had the pleasure to play with NYHC legends The Cro-Mags and Agnostic Front!
Alejandro departured to the U.S Marines, so Manuel went back on drumming but was still the lead vocalist. Manuels cousin (Josie), became the back up bassist and played many shows when Jesus couldn't make it to shows. Eventually Josie became our permanent bassist til' this day.After it was just Manuel, Ernie and Josie. As time went on Ernie decided to take on his own path to of righteousness. So our buddy Frank the Tank aka Lechuga loca took guitar. Since then we've been hitting up that line up for a bit and then moved on to further changes.
