An amazing tribute to the greatest band: U2!
Ultraviolets perform a gig that has ONE target: to re-create the total U2 concert experience in both sound and sight, and to reach this target they really take care of U2ish sounds, setlists, look and videos.
Every gig is an "emotional travel" through the best of U2: Ultraviolets always play smash hits like Gloria, Where the Streets have no name, One, Beautiful Day, Vertigo and City of blinding lights... but they play, usually, also some old songs and rare b-sides like Party girl, Ground Beneath her feet, Seconds or Heartland. Playing these hidden gems is a tribute to the "unforgettable fire" of the most die-hard U2 fans.
Formed in March 2001 and based in Florence (Italy), Ultraviolets have performed hundreds of shows across Italy in the main clubs and summer festivals (more than 250 gigs in the last 6 years).During winter 2006/2007 Ultraviolets performed their new "ZooTv Show" in which they play the whole '93 Sydney concert: same set-list, same videos and dresses.... a tribute to the BEST Tour of the 90's: the ZooTv/Zooropa/Zoomerang Tour!
In January 2007 Ultraviolets performed their ZooTv Show to the Italian National Convention of U2 Official Fan Club.
All members of Ultraviolets have vast live and studio experience in various original and signed bands.
Talented musicians in their own right and ardent U2 fans, Ultraviolets are driven to provide the best "musical-emotional-visual" tribute possible.

I concerti degli Ultraviolets sono delle vere e proprie U2 Night dal forte impatto scenico e sonoro.
A partire dal sound e gli arrangiamenti, per proseguire con la scelta delle setlist e del look: ogni dettaglio è curato al massimo per ricreare e portare sul palco un vero e proprio Show che sia in grado di trasmettere al pubblico l’essenza di un Concerto degli U2.
Ogni “live†degli Ultraviolets è un viaggio sonoro ed emotivo attraverso tutte quelle canzoni che hanno reso la band di Dublino immortale: Pride, Sunday Bloody Sunday, One, With or Without you, Beutiful Day, Gloria, Vertigo. Accanto a questi brani, trovano sempre spazio anche delle piccole gemme rare, che hanno costellato la storia U2, e che gli Ultraviolets amano riproporre (...e che i fans U2 apprezzano... ) in ogni loro Show.
Gli Ultraviolets sono nati nel 2001 e in questi anni si sono esibiti in tutta Italia collezionando oltre 300 date all’attivo.
Qualità , solidità , fedeltà e rispetto per gli "originali" dei singoli musicisti, uniti alla grandissima voce e alla presenza scenica del front-man, rendono ogni concerto degli Ultraviolets un mix di passione, professionalità ed energia assolutamente unico, che ha come risultato il coinvolgimento del pubblico che diventa il protagonista assoluto di ogni concerto.
Gli Ultraviolets sono nati nel 2001 e in questi anni si sono esibiti in tutta Italia collezionando oltre 300 date all’attivo. La band, è composta da musicisti con un’esperienza decennale nel mondo della musica e provenienti da situazioni musicali molto diverse, ma con una passione comune per la mitica band di Dublino!
La band è nata nel marzo del 2001 grazie ad un annuncio messo dal bassista fondatore degli Ultraviolets, Alessio. Numerosi, nel corso di questi sei anni i cambi di formazione, che hanno visto in passato alternarsi alla voce Sirio, Matteo e Daniele, al basso Alessio, Valentino e Marzio e alle tastiere Emiliano e Lele.
Nel settembre del 2007 una serie di importanti cambiamenti, tra cui l'arrivo di un nuovo cantante, hanno portato all'attuale formazione che vede Max alla voce, Padrino alle chitarre, Lorenzo al basso e Ado alla batteria.
