Eva

Eva, also known as Miss Libra, was born in Rotterdam, which is still her home town. In her early years she developed her passion for music. Her dad, also a musician, encouraged her to sing. At the age of ten, she started to write her own songs in Dutch but also in English. And at the age of twelve she sang in several bands.After highschool she was admitted to several conservatories in the Netherlands, but she dropped out very quickly, 'cause she felt like she was loosing her passion for music. "I'd rather take the long road to reach my goal than to take the short one."Right now she's a vocal teacher at a vocal institute. She loves her job to encourage students to sing. Of course she teaches them vocal techniques, but besides that she also wants to make the students aware of the importance to develope their self esteem. So that they can give a better performance on stage and also, perhaps most importantly, enjoy singing a lot more.Eva is a very down to earth girl and that's why the messages of all her songs are positive ones. "You can create your own happiness. There's nothing in the world you can't do. As long as you believe in yourself."
