Here’s a piece of history to you ,so here we go!

In spring ’07 a band was created named Toxic Filth. - Ti/Voc - Kljin/Guitar - Crustsmurf/Stix - Nahtanoj/Bass. As time passed by Ti decided to quit the band, as he was planning a long trip through Europe. Our plural toughts were now shouted out by Kljin and Nahtanoj.

Oedeem was basicly 100% formed somewhere in the crappy summer ’07, in the Flemisch part of Hellgium. We all came from different places in West & East (Flanders),as we had houres of drunk jamming partys at the attic of kljin with some friends. Neox en Ine joined the band. The line-up is - Kljin/Guitar/Voc - Crustsmurf/Stix - Nahtanoj/Bass/Voc - Neox/Guitar/Voc - Inu/Voc/Samples - . Some of us are playing in different bands like, Hex’d, Uitschot & Link. With this line-up we started to rehearse and the sound of the band was chanching in a faster and brutal anarcho-crust band. We are writing lyrics about what we think is wrong with humanity, why mankind acts like a virus on our dear mother earth, wars, genocides, massconsumption,... After a while we decided to rehearse at an other place, we went from Poperinge to Squat A.C. De Noodzaak in Ghent.

We’d played with bands like Antimaster , Freedoom, Guided Cradle, Visions of War, Warkorpse, Galbak, Terror Defence, Power Is Poison,... and planning to play more gigz as long as we can.
