Nicholas De Pasquale was born in Melbourne Victoria on the 10th December 1982
During the early stages of his childhood music and singing didn’t interest him at all, up
Until he would spend his school holidays in Phillip Island with his uncle it was the three
Hour road trips listening to Dean Martin, Al Martino and Julio Iglesias that gave him
His interest in music. He took a particular liking towards Dean Martin’s style and voice
And started singing over his records with his own voice and soon realised that he wasn’t
Sounding bad at all. He then started to collect old Dean Martin movies and soon discovered
His other big influence Frank Sinatra. During school Nicholas would often be thrown
Out of classrooms for entertaining his classmates by singing his favourite songs in class instead
Of doing his schoolwork. He always was passionate about his singing but always kept it down
To singing at family functions and the like, he never thought about public performance at all until
His mates coaxed him into getting up and singing karaoke at pubs and bars which was where he
Thought about taking his singing seriously. He then took a few singing lessons in the city and his
Teacher told him he was a natural and the only thing he needed to work on was his diaphragmatic
Breathing and give up the cigarettes, he got the breathing part mastered. In 2004 he met his manager
And started preforming at gigs ranging from dinner dances to street festivals. With the help and devotion
Of his manager he is now living his dream of which he is eternally grateful
At this point in time Nicholas no longer wants to talk about himself in the third person so I’m going to answer 3
Questions that my manager wants me to answer to you lovely people. 1. I am in a relationship. 2. I absolutely love and adore my girlfriend.
3. I don’t drink before 12pm I’m usually not awake by then.
