I and a few others make up the crew of CVII (caliber7 studios) Providing different forms of arts and entertainment, from independent films and local commercials to Gallery acceptable pieces of fine art, illustrations, architectural designs/conceptuals, video editing, photography and filming special effects(Theatre and film) and "haunted houses"(Haunt-masters), costumes and props almost any field can be covered by myself or another team member.
Promoting other artists of various fields and try to help give exposure and credit where we can. Entertainment field being a difficult career any open door may give possibility, therefore if I we can help please let me know what I/we can do..........................................
PERSONALLY--...............................................
Born in Boston MA, I studied drawing and various forms of martial arts with my brother Jason(a.k.a. JEVMAN), I am a self trained artist with over 20 years experience in various visual media. Specializing in Airbrush, pencils, photo-video media and digital renderings. I had started out with "underground comic books" that I wrote and drew- distributed throughout high school. At one point I had considered trying to get on to Marvel or DC comics.
At the time I was not yet ready or good enough in my mind to attempt it. As time passed, I became more diverse and tapped into various other forms as I have mentioned, training in all and utilizing one skill with the next I have discovered many different tricks and techniques of my trade. I now teach drawing classes as well for the Leisure services of the city that I reside. That's the drawing-art painting part of me in a nutshell. I had always desired to work in the entertainment industry, and any chance I had to work with it I did. In 1991 I was signed with Faces International. Through the years I worked on a few small projects mostly as a grip or best boy. Nothing really worth mentioning actually. In 2000 I worked on a short film called "INVICTUS" with a friend of mine- of EPICSTAR
I did special effects, created the leather armours and shoes. I played as the "The Blacksmith".
THINKING MONKEY THINKING had me as their Special effects guy - Bloody gory messes are always fun to make. There also I played multiple characters - from a crazy killer bunny to a redneck guy and a thing called woodworm also cameoed in my personal Samurai based Armour during a "party scene". The film went to several movie festivals.
The DVD is now for sale if anyone is interested. CONTACT me if interested in a copy. "KNIGHTBLADE" another film by EPICSTAR I was the second Fight Choreographer ( due to my Martial Arts Experience), Weaponsmaster,and Effects Foreman. I played a character named Soren an ELVEN PRINCE at odds with his brother ELLORIN as they fight for the throne.....
I am currently working (still) on my own film called TEMPERANCE action/fantasy, I am executive producer/writer and acting in it as well- I have a few great directors on crew as well from CALIBER VII.

Most Friday nights here in Cookeville, I and my girlfriend host Karaoke night at a local nightspot "VINNIE T'S".

Coming APRIL 19-20 will be part of Hidden Holllow's DRAGON DAYS the first Renfaire to be held in Cookeville to my knowledge.
In October we will have "HAUNTED HOLLOW".
