The James A. Garfield High School Marching Band and Colorguard is part of the Garfield High Music Department. We perform at GHS football games, pep rallies, parades, community events, other school functions, and at field competitions all across Southern California. Most recently the Band and Colorguard won the 2006 2A LAUSD City Championship at East Los Angeles College on December 9th, 2006. The Championship is Garfield's 12th overall and 3rd in the last 5 years.The GHS Marching Band and Colorguard is also the Fall home to the 2006 ADLA World Class Champion GHS Percussion Ensemble, the 2006 ADLA World Class Champion GHS Concert Percussion Ensemble, and the 2006 WGASC Regional A Class Champion and 2006 LAUSD City 2A Class Champion GHS Colorguard.I will be posting all the band videos on this site, they will be under my videos so check in regularly to see the new ones.
