Robert

I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

What ABOUT me? What are you trying to say...

Ok, I'm Robert, obviously. I'd like to say I'm just your normal, everyday guy but THAT would be a lying now, wouldn't it. I'm gonna try and be as honest as I could possibly allow myself to be here, as you can see with the first blog I put up. Embarassing, pathetic, sad; yes to all the above, but it IS truthful, which is more then I can say for most people on the net... no offense.

I think it'd be easier to get an idea of who I am from my tastes in music and movies and the HUGE 'general' list I'm compileing, which should be added soon, but not only am I long winded when I DO talk, I'm also great at procrastinating, so maybe not as soon as it SHOULD be up.

If you wanna know anything about, just ask, my AIM is 'IMissGoatseSoBad' and I'm online more often then I should be, especially late nights.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

A short Nicole Kidman with shorter hair and about 10 more pounds on her cause JESUS FUCK, she's hot and all, but CHRIST, she needs to eat a hamburger or two, you can read between her RIBS!

Seriously, I like girls, that's a biggie for me, though my closest friend IS gay and I ALMOST have more gay friends that straight ones, so I suppose I'm up for meeting ANYONE really, but I'd still like to meet the ladies more. Anyways, I like girls as tall or shorter than I am cause I feel insecure with a girl taller than myself. Short hair is a DEFINEATE; shoulder length at the longest. I've always had the worst luck with blondes. I've had one tell me that I was the reason she turned lesbian, she said being with me was what made her decide that she preffered the company of other women... YEAH, she was a total bitch. I like faces, I enjoy looking at a girl's face and wonder what she likes most about herself, the eyes, nose, lips, that little indention underneath her bottom lip; stuff like that. Boobs are nice, but I like them hand sized or just a tad larger, as long as they don't over shadow the head and face, which is usually what I prefer to look at; boobs ARE just boobs, you know. I'd also like to meet a girl who LOVES to cuddle. Call me crazy, but I sorta prefer just holding onto a girl and feeling her breathe next to me while telling me all about her day or week or whatever. I even prefer this OVER sex at times, again; call me crazy. Lastly, I want a talker. I'm more of a listening sort of guy and I'd rather not be the mouthpiece all the time. I'm, sadly, way better at hearing people say things and interpreting them then saying stuff on my own, that way I don't look or feel stupid, I guess, I don't really have a reason for this last one.

Books:

I love Comic Books. I've been reading and collecting since I was 'knee high to a grasshopper' as they say.
There are quite a few regular books that I find myself reading and rereading all the time as well...
The Keep by F Paul Wilson - I had seen the film first before knowing about the book. I liked the movie enough to go out and find the book. Good, spooky story that'll keep you on the edge of your bed/seat/where ever you are reading.
Faerie Tale by Raymond E Feist - EXCELLENT novel. Let's just say that if you like fantasy books and you've never read or even heard of this book, go get it. You are doing yourself a great disservice.
A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens - His best work and a great example of what american high schools do WRONG by making students read A CHRISTMAS CAROL instead of this.
Les Miserables by Victor Hugo - The Hunchback of Noter Dame is an ok book, but next to this sweeping saga of a man trying to get through life with life and everything else against him is a far superior work.
American Gods by Neil Gaiman - Neverwhere, Smoke and Mirrors, Good Omens, SANDMAN... all of these were just a slow start towards this book. A cross country trip like none other before it. This is without a doubt, Neil Gaimans strongest work yet, and it's going to be hell to top it.

Heroes:

...and Villians, there can't be 'heroes' without a foil to go against. He isn't the biggest, he isn't the strongest, and he isn't the smartest, but by god, he IS my favorite comic hero of all time; CAPTAIN AMERICA!

...please don't laugh, cause I'm not joking. I'm not all gung-ho patriotic or nothing like that, I just feel that Captain America is what every super hero should be. He's a man who against all odds, goes out and does what he can to make his world a better place to live in. When he's not wearing the costume, he's still clinging to his ideals and beliefs and acts like what you want your grandpa to act like, only in a much younger body. He doesn't believe in guns. He carries an indestructable shield for protection, but usually ends up using it to beat bad guys up with.

Anyways, heres yet more lists to laugh at me about...
