The latest studio album
from BVA, this album was produced by legend Bill Szymczyk. (Bill also produced
The Eagles 'Hotel California' and The Who's 'Face Dances'.) It was recorded
in North Carolina over the fall of 2007. An acoustic rock album, it has
been described as " ...his best album yet, adroitly meshing acoustic
grace with penetrating rock and pop power." (John Sinkevich, The Grand
Rapids Press)

The
"Lawn Chairs And Living Rooms Tour '07" spawned this great live recording.
It was a show that Brian Vander Ark did in the living room of superfan Todd
Van Hammond, in Appleton, WI: . It's a recording
of Brian, on a small homemade stage (that he built for the occasion), in
front of a crowd of his friends and family. There was no PA system, just
him playing and singing to the intimate group. You can pick up this disc
at the low price of $8 (plus S/H)!
