VISHENKA (Poland/Belarus)- vocalist & song writerBorn in Warsaw, Vishenka began singing at the age of fifteen and received training in classical guitar and piano. At the beginning of her career she worked in the „Syrena†Theater, then moved to „Powszechny†Theater. After a few years of working on the theater scene, she started working as a performing vocalist known as Sylwia Wisniewska.In 2000, Sylwia recorded her first solo album „Cala Ty†released by EMI Music Poland. The second album „Dedykacja†was released in 2004, also by EMI Music Poland. The promotional single „12 lez†became a great hit and occupied first place on various Top 40 rankings.Currently Sylwia (aka Vishenka) is a member of the international musical collective „Karimski Club†and is responsible for the Polish and Russian components of the project. Using her new artistic name, she is also working on her next solo album.
