Providing A Truthful Voice

About Me

I am a documentary film maker who has begun a new project and wish for those who wish their voice to be heard to join me.The media is (in)famous for providing news in a format that is not always the truth. As with all news, movies, writing and dialogue it is really only an opinion of the truth. Personal issues, dare I say baggage, taint the delivery of the truth. It makes it very difficult for the viewer to get a proper and fair read of the situation. This coupled with intense peer pressure to follow the pack, not speak out, has many just chimimg into what the common opinion is.Islam, Muslims, the Middle East and those who support a fair and accurate view of the aformentioned are seen as being traitors. "Brainwashed." "Uninformed." "UnAmercian." These are just a few examples of what people are called for supporting an unpopular cause. My goal through this documentary is to show the kind, peaceful and spiritual side of Islam. To show at the core Muslims are loving, gentle and deeply spiritual people who are above all else attempting to (re)connect with Allah.

My Interests

Film making and showing people what my version of the truth is.

I'd like to meet:

I would especially like to talk with converts/reverts to Islam. Either before or after 9/11.Muslims, spiritual persons, people who want to express their concerns about what they believe Islam to be, prowar, antiwar....I want everyone's opinion on not on their connection with Allah, God, G-d but their feelings towards Muslims, Islam and those from the Middle East.

Heroes:

Those who fight daily to protect their children and families from injustice. Those that are on the Path to the Beloved.
