I'm a songwriter. The tunes on this page were done in March 2007, and I've since written lots of new material. Looking forward very much to getting into the studio, and putting some of it out on MYSPACE.Being a songwriter entails a lot of possibilities. Basically anything I write is fair game for other acts to perform. Don't get me wrong, performing as a guitarist/vocalist is totally satisfying to me. Yet actually writing the songs is a different kind of strength. I tend to believe it's one I have a better shot at earning a living from. At the age of 29, the dream of having a platinum record has changed a lot from what it had been when I was a teenager. Back in the day, being offered songwriting credit on someone else's hit record would've been the biggest insult imaginable. But these days it would be a dream come true.
The first guitar riff...enter the drums and bass...and vocals...ah, yes, the spotlight...and every physical high imaginable, waiting for the gallant rocker, backstage after the show. If you think my songs might help your rock dreams become a reality, we should talk.
