In case you hadn't noticed they're running everything these days. Which is good news for free market fascists. Bad news for everyone living on Planet Earth. Ã¼Ã¼Ã¼ What a state we're in, rushing about trying to stay up in this unnatural, counter-instinctual, repressive, power-hungry and greedy technocratic "civilisation". We live in the age of the Corporate Empire. Nowhere in the world is safe from the influence of these malign forces that repress the people in the name of private profit. Politics is controlled through manipulation of neutered politicial 'leaders' by means of lobbying, bribery and blackmail; through ownership of a corporate media that spreads pro-corporate, anti-social propaganda (e.g. that very bad man the Dirty Digger aka Rupert Murdoch, owner of Myspace!); through hype, and the spread and reinforcement of a worldwide cultural homegeny of consumer culture; and through those shiny weapons of mass distraction, the useless trinkets and baubles for which an irresistible need is slowly engendered within you. And through WARS fought in our name to secure THEIR financial future. Ã¼Ã¼Ã¼ Unless we act, our world, its land, its seas and air - all of it will soon be owned entirely by one corporation or another. And all the animals and creatures. And all of us too. And our children. And their children. And our genes. And all art and culture. Everything. And so on until the natural world eventually dies under the strain of exploitation. EEEEE As more time passes the grip of the conformist consumer world order will get stronger, the number of alternative viewpoints will disappear. The mindset of consumer culture will become so deeply engrained it will be impossible to escape. Â¾Â¾Â¾Â¾ So for fuck's sake - stop buying into the propagandapap bullshit that these darkling organisations feed rto us. Free your mind so that you can help FREE YOUR WORLD. Stop giving into the aritificial needs these people engineer in you. ??? . The CORPORATIONS must be stopped. Only we can stop them. To help you can try to avoid as many of their items as possible, and choose the ones which do least damage to human beings when you must go to them, as we all must now and again in such times. But above all let us all STOP buying and buying into THEIR corporate news, it will not tell you what you NEED to know - use the INTERNET and question EVERYTHING you are told; STOP tolerating the 'externalities' they push out into the world, the damage they cause to your societies and your envivornmet; the disease brought by breathing polluted air, swimming in and drinking polluted water, washing yourself with toxic products. Please, let us stop tolerating the utter suppression, and exploitation of everyone and everything of value - right down to the patenting of GENES and naural organisms for licensing exploitation! ÃÃÃ For humanity to be freed, we must find a way to reintegrate ourselves into the natural world. We need to abandon our journey toward extinction, physical, or spiritual, or both. Let's stop FIGHTING each other, DIVIDING ourselves for better rule, and demand global justice and a true global democracy, in place of rule by global economy; better ways to go on and survive TOGETHER. We must all start to fight the insidious forces that are ripping our world apart. The pursuit of free market fanaticism and the unbridled power of the corporation are placing the future in jeopardy. The pursuit of financial gain is destroying the enivornment as our forests are cut down, the atmosphere is filled with more and more filth, the water of our seas and rivers are slowly turned to poison. REMEMBER: Consumer power does not exist. It is a euphemism for CORPORATE POWER. But people are not 'human resources'. I'm not a fucking human resource. I am a man, a living, breathing, biological being born of the Earth and connected to all my brothers and sisters in the world by the strongest ties that bind, physical and spiritual. If it is to come down to a battle between us and the corporation - WE WERE HERE FIRST AND WE'LL WIN. Let's take it the people and GET IT ON! Ã¿Ã¿Ã¿ 444

Rolls with The Funk. A Funk freedom fighter, freeky and fuzzfaced fella. An irritant to Noses everywhere! Tardy but not foolhardy. Scruffed down to a tee. Bongo tapper. Naughty boy loose cannon maverick loudmouth spaced out space cadet militant beatnik. Will take pretty girls o.n.o. Bored of the cult of willful ignorance. On with the primal and tribal. A throwback? A Peacenick earth brother. Nice but Nastay. Sneaky & Freeky. Runs on Funk, skunk and cups of tea. Instinctual. Mofo only Smoko if it's sticky, stinky and green.

MUSIC
I play bass and a little guitar, tease a keyboard from time to time, and croak out a tune if the feeling takes me....

I LOVE LISTENING AND DANCING AND DOING EVERYTHING TO The Funk. Soul. (Real) Hip Hop. Reggae. Afrobeat. Jazz. R&B. World Music. Classical. But primarily, The Funk in all its forms. The music I love is always in my ears (as much as possible anyway) and become a part of who I am. BUT nearly 40 years on and the most poignant questions of Heroes of Funk like Curtis Mayfield remain unanswered! People still haven't got the sense to come in outta the rain! Funky freedom fighters of the world UNITE!

POLITICS The hollow left/right divide is soooo last century -- politics should be simple: we are ruled over by liars, gangsters and murderers; we need them to fuck off. It's as complicated as that. YOUR world needs YOU. I try to think and avoid being a consumer culture dead head and start to get ready for THE FIGHT.

HISTORY! I am straight fascinated by anthropology and ancient, ancient history and all that shizzazz! All cultures share the same origins, and all modern humans descend from one woman in Africa 200,000(ish) years ago! Dig it.

Television:

A bit. Primarily: documentaries on politics and science and stuff like that, on BBC2, Channel 4, or UKTV History and the like (not all the WW2 stuff though) ---- Good comedy, not much of it about, I like IDEAL on BBC2 with Johnny Vegas, but I think LITTLE BRITAIN is shite --- Quantum Leap at 6pm every night on ITV3, the only thing I watch on any ITV channel unless the footie is on. Also, Neighbours.

Books:

Loads. My favourite authors are George Orwell (it's 1984 and everyone knows it!) and William Golding (The Inheritors and Pincher Martin are SEMINAL books). -- I read political books by people like Noam Chomsky, gobbled up Anthony Sampson's excellent WHO RUNS THIS PLACE ANYWAY, and Joel Bakan's THE CORPORATION is an excellent companion to the book. -- I'll read anything, I'll the read the back of a box of cereal while I'm eating my breakfast if there's nothing else...

Heroes:
