is prmarily a One-Man DIY (Do-It-Yourself) "Home Recording" Project that I have been doing since 1981, but divided into 2 Separate Projects sometime around 1988--with the FIRST 'Named' "OSMOSIS" song issued in 1989.
I have No Apologies and PROUD of it!
Between November 2006 and Early April 2008, the OSMOSIS-side was a part of the MySpace/SoundClick CYBERBAND THE DAILY DOSE OF FUNK, but now, I'm back on the Solo Tip! The Cosmic Funk Orchestra-side also continues on as an experimental thang. So, Come -n- Git Yo' Funk On Th' Funkin' 'Net!!!
The 'Parent Project' : has a main sound with deep conceptual lyrics, spacey instrumental experiments and a sci-fi/fantasy mind-set. It's also slightly 'saner' than..... Which is loose, crazy, and just doesn't give a flip!
On MySpace.com, I started out giving you the OSMOSIS grooves, but with the OSMOSIS Catalog being pretty small, at the moment, I'm sorta MIXING IT UP, bringing forth some of the Back Catalog of Lawrence Wise And The Cosmic Funk Orchestra, as well as putting out some BRAND NEW JAMS from BOTH PROJECTS.
