I just can't seem to stop makin' them movies.

About Me

I make films, documentaries mostly, but sometimes music videos, and there's a fiction film in the works. I am currently working on a number of projects, the largest of which is a seven-year film documenting the lives of children growing up at an orphanage in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. Other projects include a series of short documentaries about Southern Sudan, a film about the Armenian Genocide, and piece about an aircraft carrier hit by kamikazes during WWII. My finished films explore subjects as diverse as American popular music, Modernist architecture, and pediatric AIDS in Ethiopia. Details about all my projects can be found at Floating Films . I am also a founder of The Tank , a space for performing and visual arts in Manhattan, and its film/video curator.
