Aloha No! I am just a little brown gal, like a fish out of water from the 808 state now living in California. I am homesick all of the time, yet at times way more then others. I'll return home soon as I am done on my mission here, which just so happens to be my schooling.
I am old enough to drink, and young enough to enjoy life and still want to learn all that can be learned..
I love to laugh and have fun. I have a weird sense of humor and alot of the time I am not quite understood unless the person is as weird as I am. I believe in a higher spiritual being, and I believe strongly that everything happens for reasons. I believe that there is a reason for everyone I encounter in life.
I do know that somehow I am an old old soul in a young body. Not really certain as to how I know this I am just sure of it. I have a tendency of encountering others like myself. So if I may have found you on here I am certain there are reasons for it. I did go on an "ADD ME" spree recently hahaha. I have added others who enjoy the same things as I do, or artists or cartoon characters that I may love.
My heart is taken, 100% I am in love and have no plans of looking for another at all. I have my heart set on one person and this is the person that will be my life mate. He may not realize this YET but my ring is already around his collar and I'll be the woman he shall awake to the rest of life....Someday.....I look at him as the most beautiful man on the face of this planet...his beauty radiates from the inside out.
I am in school studying in the field of medicine. Finishing in the Spring of 2008 (crosses fingers)I will be specializing in pediatrics. It has been a long road but after this is over I can honestly say I followed a dream and completed my mission.
I love kids. I surround myself with my girls here at home, my nieces and nephews as well. I guess you could say I would find it ideal to be the little old woman who lives in a shoe.....with so many children I would not know what to do. I find the smiles of the children to be sunshine for me on a cloudy day. I love to see them happy, and the child in me is as creative and as innovative as each of the children that surround my life. If they get into any trouble, chances it was I who the ring leader hahaha.
My first love from I believe the very time I could walk has been the ocean. I learned to body surf and boogie board by the time I was seven. Caught my first waves on a surfboard by the time I was eight. My days as a teen was spent besides school, out in the ocean with my favorite companion the "Surf Board". Besides that I also learned to fish by age five, and soon after began snorkeling and spear fishing. I learned most ocean sports and actually love them all. When I say I am a fish out of water I really mean it. I am now about a three hour drive away from the ocean since I moved here to Cali, and I take this drive as often as I can, which is not enough of course.
My family all resides on the most part in Hawaii. I have made some very good friends here in California who like myself are transplants. We share our holidays together, and surround our lives with each other as so no matter how lonely or homesick we may get we are each others home away from homes families. Makes things easier to get through. I have also made some very good friends whom I have met here online and then met in person. We make it a point to see each other so many times a year, and keep in touch by phone as often as we can. Some of which I have not met yet in person but hope to one day.
