I am asked quite a bit how I become a talk show host. The answer to this question is simple...I wrote an email to Lou Gentile telling him what a great job he was doing. I had gone to Madison Media Institute, in Madison, WI. for radio broadcasting. I graduated in 2001 with a diploma in radio broadcasting. Lou Gentile called me a week later and left a message on my cell phone. I was so excited, I couldn't believe he would take time to actually respond back to me! While Lou and I were planning a weekend talk show for me. Lou Gentile had an industrial accident and was seriously hurt. Lou needed someone to step in and help with his radio show. I was lucky enough to be the one he asked and the rest is history. Just remember Lou was in and out of conscientiousness and heavily medicated when he put me in that position! Thank you Lou Gentile.
