Black Adder, Absolutely Fabulous, Will and Grace, Desperate Housewives, Spitting Image, Yes Minister, Spooks, Starsky and Hutch and most 'police/detective' type shows-especially from the 70's + 80's and Top Gear.
Autobiographies/biographies and thrillers. Any thing by Irvin Yalom, Carl Rogers, Erica Jong, Marilyn French, Marge Piercy, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, John Fowles, Mitch Albom, Tom Sharpe, Marian Keyes, Jodi Picoult, J.K.Rowling and Philip Pullman (yes, my taste is eclectic)...and other authers way too many to mention!
