The Land of the Prince Bishops is now commonly known as County Durham, but for over 800 years it was ruled not by the King but by leaders known as The Prince Bishops. It was independant of the State and it is from these leaders we take our name. Originally from County Durham, we are now based in Darlington but have played gigs all over the country, concentrating on the North East. We have been together since September 2007 but all of the members are experienced and dedicated musicians.

We believe that music is important. It should change how you think, how you feel and how you see the world. We are motivated by the lack of this understanding in the current music scene. We have worked hard to create these songs, and since recording them we have worked hard to write new ones. These can be heard during our live performances, and we plan to record some time this summer. We have played in all of the major cities of the north east supporting bands such as We Start Fires & Kubichek!. We are currently organising a tour during the summer so keep an eye out for gigs near you.
