About Me

I'm not quite sure when the value of music was graded on how many myspace friends you have, or how much you spend at hot topic, but somewhere down the line music has been diluted into image. Instead of talent and being sincere about their music, a lot of bands are just following what the scene dictates. We don't write what other people want to hear. We write music that we would want to hear. We take the parts we love about the music we listen to and incorporate it into our own music and make it something unique. We don't write music just so its "mosh-able", and we don't write lyrics without true meaning behind them, just so some fifteen year old girl can scribble it down on the back of her notebook. Every note, every word is from the depths of our hearts. We've never written music to cater to others, and we never will. To all of those who have supported us in the past: Thank you, we are forever greatful. To all the haters: fuck you, go back to listening to the new Atreyu album.
