About Me

This is a loaded question...

My Interests

All things that make you think, believe and create.

I'd like to meet:

Writers, Poets, Artist, Nature Freaks, Parents with kids in Rock n Roll, Thrift store experts, Spies, Archaeologists, Dog lovers, Code breakers and anyone who knows how to play GO, or speak fluent German. Meeting Leonardo Davinci, Gustav Klimt or Martin Luther King would be cool too

Music:

The list is long and variable, from Nina Simone and Odetta to Marylin Manson and Nirvana, Carl Orf and Pucini to Rammstein, Snake River Conspiracy and NIN. Other favorables are Loreena Mckinnett, U2 ultimately, SRV, Delta Blues, Howlin' Wolf and Monks that chant. Most gut rolling drums: Earth tribes. Most soul searing guitar: Mark Ghent. Most passionate vocalist: Bono. But most of all, my favorite musician: Jasmine. She plays the Bass and absolutely wails on it.

Movies:

Every last one of them. Ok, not the scary ones. Movies are like a time machine. They can transport you to entirely different worlds for a couple of hours. You may get addicted to the machine, but you never get road-weary from the travel.

Television:

I'm not much into t.v. unless I'm really bored or just vegging out for the day. Discovery and History Channel are up there on the list, especially if the subject is related to sunken ships and the abyss, spy stuff and conspiracy theory, or really cool archeology finds, the BBC and lately a Japanese citcom in which I have no idea what they're saying. Faulty Towers cracks me up, but they rarely show it anymore, and Travel Channel. Favorite movie: Bridgadoon.

Books:

The ones in my head are the most interesting. Others are; Body of Secrets, James Bamford. Reading the Enemies Mind, Paul Smith. Art of War, Sun Tzu. The Book of Five Rings, Myamoto Musachi. A Brief History of Time, Steven Hawking. Messer. Lord of the Rings (decades before it became famous). Rogue Warrior Series, Dick Marcinko, Fine Erotica, and at present, Novel Writing for Dummies. I also have a weakness for steamy romances and coffee table art books, for times when I don't want to think or work at being entertained.

Heroes:

All people brave enough to take chances to make good out of the worst of evils. Filthy rich people who are humble. Dirt poor people who have grace, and my closest friends, The Hobbits of the Shire; Sharon and Walt...all my love, Frodo.
