Myself 20 years from now.
My musical tastes are all over the place and constantly change, but on high rotation at the moment are the following musicians: Nine Inch Nails, Dhol Foundation, PDQ Bach, John Tavener, John Rutter, Laurisden, Ministry, Dolly's Pillbox, Voltaire, Dresden Dolls, Ditty Bops, Schrodinger's Cat, VAST, Bjork, Justin Ray, Bobby McFerrin, Toby Twining, Lucid Dementia, Alpha Conspiracy, Black Sabbath, The Beatles, ImaRobot, LCD Sound System, Moonbabies, Solemn, Atari Teenage Riot, Underworld, the Machine In the Garden, KMFDM, Weird Al , Victor Scott and pretty much anything that comes across the Tim Young Contrast Podcast show. I love world, industrial, experimental, metal, goth, electronica, ambient, baroque, classical, folk and good old fashioned rock music.
I seem to really like art films about musical icons: Farinelli, Shine, Amadeus, Immortal Beloved, Velvet Gold Mine, etc. Other favorite movies include: The Office, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Josie and the Pussy Cats and Children of Men. I also love documentaries: Born into Brothels, Children of Theater Street and Supersize me come to mind.
I don't watch much TV, but I do adore Lost and Project Runway
I tend to read technical journals and non fiction more these days. However, every now and then a good smutty VC Andrews novel really hits the spot.
Molly Ivans, Cesar Chavez, David Sedaris, my mom and my friend Jocco who is an absolute free spirit.
