About Me

Profane Prayer was formed September 2005 by G. (guitar), L. (vocals) and TH. (guitar-drums) and the band played black metal with influences from Carpathian Forest and Darkthrone . Later on P. (bass) was added to the line up and the band started rehearsals on already written songs by G. and TH. March 2006 M. (drums) will join the band starting as a session member to help out with the rehearsals and later joining full time. July ’06 the band enters the studio and record their first demo entitled “Bloodred Fullmoon” (mixed and mastered by Manolis Koutsakis) that includes four songs and is out on CD and Tape (limited to 150). Since then, the band has played plenty of live shows in Greece and is about to enter the studio for the recordings of their first album.
