About Me

Hi my name is Adrian Cox. I am a professional sax and clarinet player living in London . At the moment I am a member of TJ Johnson and his Band which plays a mixture of jazz/blues/swing r and b etc ... and tour all year round across the UK and on the Continent. I also run a Band whenever I have time off along with any other work that may come in (fallen heroes ,Rob and Petes swing thing , genes pore boys and many others) The recordings I have on this site are from various different line ups that I have found myself with . Influences: New orleans music is foremost my favourite music .From old style jazz louis armstrong,george lewis, through to dr john, fats domino, dirty dozen brass band and lots more. More recently a lot of different stuff but a bit of everything ,country ,blues, classical as long as long as its good !
Sounds Like: TJ Johnson and his band ,is a bit jazzy,funky,country etc Dr john , ray charles ish. well worth a listen.
