About Me

Your Kissing Grade: A

Whether you're naturally a good kisser or not, you've taken the time learn how to be the best kisser possible.
Anyone would be lucky to get a kiss from you! How Do Your Kisses Rate?

I knew those quizzes were always right! =)

Born in Nebraska...a military brat with a father in the Air Force, I went from Nebraska to Hawaii to Maryland to Virginia and back to Hawaii. Spent a few years in the Air Force myself. Lived in Hawaii for almost half of my life, so that is "home" to me. I've been to almost every state, and I have been to several foreign countries in my travels.

I've got several years worth of radio shows to my credit, not to mention my time spent in the worlds of stand-up comedy and acting. More than likely, you've probably also heard some of my jokes/bits on some of your favorite radio shows, even if I wasn't the person delivering them (comedy writing for radio has also been one of my regular gigs).

I'd love to go back to school and complete a PhD program. No, this isn't an "I love school" speech...I just think it would be cool to have people call me "Doctor" for the rest of my life.

My Interests

Stand-up comedy, writing, conversations with interesting people, conversations with people who can actually crack me up, playing music, doing radio shows, audio production, jazz clubs, comedy clubs, basketball, football, softball, beaches (of course), water parks, amusement parks, learning web design, road trips, taking long drives...the list is endless.

Lifelong fan of my beloved Nebraska Huskers, Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Orioles, as well as the (current) hometown Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets!!!

I'd like to meet:

Fun people. Honest people. Genuine people.

Music:

A living legend, a genius and, on a personal level, an all-around great guy. Young writers, study and learn...

An all-inclusive list would be impossible. Seriously, I've got some VARIED interests, and musical closed-mindedness is not attractive. At any given time, I can be all about the funk, the love songs, soul, jazz, classic rock, 80's...you name it. I'm also madly in love with my XM radio.

Movies:

Caddyshack, When Harry Met Sally, Animal House, Knocked Up, Stripes, The Wedding Singer, Christmas Vacation, Office Space, Better Off Dead, Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Say Anything, Van Wilder, The Fugitive, The Negotiator, The Waterboy, Coming To America ("Sexual Chocolate, everybody...."), Stuck On You, Along Came Polly, The Break-Up, Accepted, Waiting, Grandma's Boy, 40 Year Old Virgin, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, Airplane, Good Luck Chuck, The Heartbreak Kid, Weird Science, Dazed & Confused...the list goes on and on and on. As you can tell, I'm extremely partial to comedies.

Television:

Entourage, The Daily Show, Family Guy, House, Seinfeld, Rob and Big, The Colbert Report, SNL, Scrubs, My Boys, college and pro football, college and pro basketball, Emeril Live, Unwrapped--hell, MOST Food Network shows (I love the Food Network)--and, of course, The Muppet Show.

Books:

Anything historical, books by/about stand-up comedians, books about musicians/bands, true crime.

Heroes:

My parents, of course!

All of my fellow veterans, as well as current members of the Armed Forces. I was proud to serve with you, and I'm proud of the folks defending us now and in the future.
