“Sometime Robot†are two Spanish guys actually living on the edge in Berlin “Cold Town“, Germany, they are part of the Berlin’s plentiful Spanish collective since three years.
Turin Robot is a blue blood drummer now and then bass player. Actually he has no music deals apart from “Sometime Robotâ€.
Louismee Robot originally lullaby singer, got a double-decker music sandwich, first deck is called “Gibarian†some flower folk pop tunes, the other one “Alice Daisyâ€, some kind of Math rock thing, with psychedelic moog tunes.
They knew each other no more than a year through some common Spanish fellows; apparently nobody spoke about music then, but after some months they decided to rent a rehearsal room at Raw Temple (Fshain) to play the first Math Rock sessions, with a loop pedal, drums, guitar and vocals. That It was one month ago. Anything was recorded. After this sessions they played at rehearsal room a couple of times, next they decided to meet some Saturday and Sunday afternoons to improve their Midi and recording skills, to drink a couple cups of tea, to speak about pretty things, to smoke, to eat beans and record some songs at that very moment. Until this lines Im writing, they got two songs in two afternoons. Completely different concepts, completely different vocal tunes, with a Weekend slow-motion living room mood.
